A highly accomplished Executive Chef, formerly at the helm of the culinary team at Niko Seaside Resort, a distinguished M Gallery Collection property in Agios Nikolaos, Crete. With a career marked by excellence, he held pivotal roles in renowned establishments such as Domes of Elounda and Blue Palace, affiliated with Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, respectively. His international exposure included a notable stint as Chef de Cuisine at Selene in Miami, Florida, reflecting a commitment to diverse culinary experiences.
Educated in Culinary Arts at the Institute of Professional Training (IEK), he possesses certifications in Food Safety and HACCP application, showcasing a dedication to culinary professionalism. With a foundation in continuous professional development and specialized programs in Meat Science, he brought a wealth of expertise to the culinary realm.
