Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange private transfers from and to Heraklion Airport upon request and with extra charge.
Do you have honeymoon packages or extras?

Can I upgrade my room?
Room upgrades are subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team in advance or inquire at check-in.

While we cannot guarantee specific room locations, we do our best to accommodate preferences based on availability.

Is there a half board or an all-inclusive package available?
Yes, we offer a Half Board package that includes breakfast and dinner in our Elia Restaurant. An All-Inclusive package is not available as an option.
Do you have a spa menu?
Yes, we offer a full range of spa treatments. Our spa menu is available online or at the reception.
Where can I see your drinks menu?
Our drinks menu is available at all bars and restaurants on-site, and can also be sent to you in advance upon request.
How private are the rooms?
Our rooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and private experience. However, please note that complete privacy cannot be fully guaranteed, as room locations and surroundings may vary.
What is the weather like in Heraklion, Crete?
Heraklion enjoys a Mediterranean climate. Summers (May–October) are hot and dry, while winters are mild. October typically has pleasant temperatures with occasional rain.
Do you have indoor and outdoor pools?
We offer two outdoor swimming pools for our guests to enjoy. Please note that we do not have an indoor pool.
Do the rooms have heated private pools?
While all our suites feature private pools, heating is not available. Please note that the pools are not heated and their temperature depends on the weather conditions.
Do you offer rental cars and parking?
We can assist you with car rental services, and complimentary parking is available on-site for all guests.
