Culinary Events 2025

During the 2025 season, Momi Slow Living Hotel hosted two special collaborative culinary events. Carefully curated menus and seasonal ingredients came together in dishes that reflected creativity, balance, and refined taste – offering guests a memorable dining experience defined by quality and authenticity.

Liam Rogers

Chef Liam Rogers’ culinary journey began at his father’s restaurant in Warrington, where he spent six years honing his skills. His talent and dedication led him to The Gleneagles Hotel in 2015, where he started his fine dining career. Prior to this, Liam held the position of junior sous chef at the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham. He also became a finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2021, impressing judges with his creative flavor combinations.

Giray Nurset Aydin

Chef Giray Nurset Aydin, owner of the renowned restaurant Haci Baba, is known for his deep-rooted passion for Turkish cuisine and has built a reputation for offering authentic and flavorful dishes that showcase the rich culinary traditions of Turkey.
