We’re excited to announce that this summer season, Momi Slow Living Hotel will be hosting two unforgettable collaborative events. The stunning menus will showcase the unique culinary flair these renowned chefs are known for.
Our guests can expect beautifully presented dishes, starting with the careful sourcing of seasonal ingredients. These talented chefs will prepare them in creative ways, bringing out the true flavors and making each bite an unforgettable experience.
Liam Rogers
Chef Liam Rogers’ culinary journey began at his father’s restaurant in Warrington, where he spent six years honing his skills. His talent and dedication led him to The Gleneagles Hotel in 2015, where he started his fine dining career. Prior to this, Liam held the position of junior sous chef at the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham. He also became a finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2021, impressing judges with his creative flavor combinations.
This year, Chef Liam Rogers will bring his expertise to a special buffet event in collaboration with our Chef Kosta Cheilas. Guests will have the opportunity to experience a variety of exceptional dishes, each crafted with a focus on seasonal ingredients and showcasing both chefs’ culinary artistry.

Giray Nurset Aydin
Chef Giray Nurset Aydin, owner of the renowned restaurant Haci Baba, is known for his deep-rooted passion for Turkish cuisine and has built a reputation for offering authentic and flavorful dishes that showcase the rich culinary traditions of Turkey.
On August 4th, 2025, Chef Giray Nurset Aydin will be hosting a special evening at Momi Slow Living, where guests will be treated to an exquisite experience of traditional Turkish food. The event will feature a selection of time-honored dishes, expertly prepared to highlight the true essence of Turkish flavors.
